Shipping policy

All of Spirit Of Analog's cassette tapes will be packaged as carefully as possible to ensure contents will be protected during their shipping journey.

On occasion, the plastic norelco cases housing the cassette tape and j-card will crack. Spirit Of Analog is not responsible for any damages to the cases, and will not provide refunds as a result of a cracked case. If the tape itself has any damage, does not play properly, or sound quality has suffered, please let us know by contacting hello@spiritofanalog.cc and we will do what we can to make it right. 

All orders will be shipped from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We've done our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible for customer outside North America.

Please note - all international orders shipping without tracking (i.e. Canada Post untracked international surface/air) can take anywhere from 10-90 business days. This is out of Spirit Of Analog's control, and as a small independent label, we will be unable to ship a replacement without placing a new order. We apologize for this, and please understand the risk with international untracked shipping.
